Bid-ready estimates and contractor proposals
A strong proposal should explain the work as clearly as it presents the price. Our Bid-Ready Package combines a quantity takeoff, construction estimate and proposal under your company name. Plan to Price supports contractors remotely across the United States.

Your internal estimate can show quantities, labor, material costs, allowances and markup inputs. Your customer-facing proposal presents the approved scope, selling price and exclusions without exposing that internal breakdown. You review and approve the selling price before presenting the proposal to your customer.
Scope language that supports the bid
We organize the included work by trade or project area and identify information that needs clarification. Owner-supplied materials, demolition, preparation, finish selections and exclusions should be stated where relevant. If the bid includes alternates or allowances, ask us to present them distinctly so the customer can compare options.
Your branding and your final approval
Provide your business name, contact information and logo if available. A clear business-name header can be used when you do not have a logo. Proposal formatting does not replace your review of commercial terms, site conditions or the final bid. We agree on the included deliverables and revision allowance in the service quote.
What to send
- Plans or measurements, scope notes and current addenda
- Your company details and logo, if available
- Rates, markup preferences, exclusions and bid deadline
You can start with an inquiry and share available PDF, JPG or PNG files. The form accepts up to three project files totaling 15 MB. We will clarify missing information before confirming the service quote.
Frequently asked questions
Will my customer see my internal costs?
The client proposal and internal estimate are separate documents. You choose which files to share and approve the final proposal before sending it.
Can you format a proposal from numbers I already have?
Yes. Ask for proposal preparation only and provide the approved scope and selling price. We will quote that narrower service after reviewing your information.
Do you submit the bid for me?
This service prepares documents for your review. You remain responsible for approving and submitting your bid. Any additional coordination must be agreed separately.
Start with your project details.
We review the information, confirm the deliverables and send a written service quote. Your fee and delivery schedule are agreed before work begins. No payment is collected through the inquiry form.
