PLANS OR MEASUREMENTS. A CLEAR NEXT STEP.
Plan to Price Estimating provides remote construction takeoffs and estimating support for remodelers, small contractors, and trade specialists across the United States.
We prepare material quantities, construction cost estimates, and bid-ready packages. Our bid-ready packages include a customer proposal under your business name, with internal estimating costs kept separate. No drawings? We can also work from contractor-supplied measurements, photos, and scope notes.
Support is available in English and Spanish.

|---|---|---|
| Quantity Takeoff | $150 | Material quantities for a clearly defined trade, with units and stated waste factors, delivered in Excel and PDF. |
| Construction Estimate | $200 | A takeoff plus material and labor costs, with allowances, assumptions, and exclusions. |
| Bid-Ready Package | $250 | A takeoff, construction estimate, and customer proposal under your business name. Internal costs are provided separately. |
| Measurements-to-Proposal | $80 | A limited package for one trade in one small room, using complete contractor-supplied measurements, photos, and work notes. Includes quantities, an internal estimate, and a customer proposal for that specific scope. |
| Contractor Support | $100 | Help with an agreed task, such as change-order pricing, scope writing, bid comparisons, material lists, proposal preparation, or estimate review. |
| Monthly Estimating Support | $350/month | Recurring estimating assistance, with the included workload, deliverables, and schedule defined in your written quote. |
Starting prices apply to small, clearly defined scopes with complete project information. The $80 Measurements-to-Proposal service is a narrowly scoped option—not a complete bathroom or kitchen renovation estimate. Full-room renovations, multiple trades, larger plan sets, and complex projects receive a custom quote.
Before you approve or pay, you receive a written quote confirming the final fee, included work, deliverables, payment terms, delivery date, and revision allowance.
Our services are for remodelers, kitchen and bath contractors, and trade specialists who need estimating support without hiring a full-time estimator.
We can help with a single trade, a defined renovation scope, or recurring bid preparation. Whole-home renovations and commercial projects are quoted individually.
Need quantities only? Our quantity takeoff service for small contractors starts at $150 for a small, clearly defined single-trade scope with complete project information. See the marked-up residential takeoff PDF and editable Excel quantities for an illustrative example without construction cost pricing.

A takeoff lists material quantities. A construction estimate adds material and labor costs, along with allowances, assumptions, and exclusions. A bid-ready package also includes a customer proposal under your business name, with your approved selling price and scope.
The internal estimate and customer proposal are separate documents. The customer proposal shows your approved selling price without exposing the internal cost breakdown. You choose which documents to share.
