We organize the agreed work by room, area or trade so you can check the quantities and pricing assumptions against the intended result.

An existing floor may need repair after demolition, or final tile and fixture selections may still be pending. We document known information and identify allowances or exclusions for unresolved work. Contractor-supplied photos and measurements can help describe the scope, but concealed conditions still require field assessment.

Request quantities only, an internal construction estimate, or an estimate with a branded client proposal. For plan-based additions, include the latest architectural drawings and relevant specifications. For smaller measured projects, provide dimensions and units, openings, heights and work notes.
