What the review can and cannot establish

Documents alone cannot confirm concealed conditions, contractor workmanship or the final cost of a project. The review is not a site inspection, engineering opinion or legal review of your contract. It helps you understand the supplied information and seek clarification; it does not guarantee a contractor’s price or performance.
