1. Confirm the work
Starting prices are reference points. Enter the final fee after reviewing this project's scope.
2. Fee and payment schedule
Confirm applicable taxes before issuing. Logo creation requires a confirmed brief and customer approval.
Payment due before work starts:
Default terms: quotes valid 14 calendar days. Fees up to $500: 100% upfront; above $500: 50% upfront and 50% before final files. Threshold includes approved add-ons before tax. A review copy or completion summary precedes the final balance request. Any exception must be expressly agreed in writing.
Do not send card or bank details through the project-request form. Payment is requested separately after written scope approval.
3. Delivery and revisions
Customer verifies field measurements, site conditions, selections and final bid price. Estimates rely on the information supplied and are not a guarantee of actual construction cost or an award of work.

Provide these terms with the quote before approval or payment. Please reply confirming the quote number and date, scope, deliverables and language, total fee, payment schedule, delivery timing and revisions, and acceptance of the Service Terms version September 20, 2026. Approval is recorded separately; this worksheet does not record acceptance.
Cancellation: full refund before work begins; afterward, only documented completed work and preapproved nonrecoverable third-party costs are charged, up to the approved fee. Refunds for unperformed work are initiated within 10 business days after confirming the cancellation calculation. See the service terms for details.
